Refund Policy

You request immediate access at checkout and consent to delivery starting straight after successful payment. Once the job-check session has been opened and used, the service has been delivered, so a change of mind is not by itself a refund ground. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

If your payment was verified by Paystack but QuoteWorth failed to open your session, that is our defect. You will not be asked to buy again. ALLÁZO will restore equivalent paid access, or refund R399.00 ZAR where access cannot reasonably be restored.

If a payment failed, was cancelled or was abandoned, no access is created and normally no money is taken. You can simply start checkout again. If a bank authorisation is still showing, it usually reverses on the card issuer’s normal timeline.

If you were charged more than once for the same job-check, the duplicate charge is refunded in full on verification against the Paystack references. Duplicates are not converted into extra sessions unless you ask for that.

QuoteWorth only grants access for the exact R399.00 ZAR product. If an amount or currency does not match, access is withheld and the payment is refunded.

Please contact QuoteWorth support before raising a chargeback — verified access or payment problems are resolved directly and faster. Where a chargeback is raised, access associated with the disputed payment may be suspended while the dispute runs, and ALLÁZO will respond with the payment and entitlement records.

Keep your Paystack payment reference and your access link. Your access does not expire with time. Enter accurate numbers — QuoteWorth cannot correct incorrect inputs, and an unwanted result from accurate inputs is not a service defect.
