Terms of Use
These terms describe what you buy when you buy ongoing access to QuoteWorth Version 1.
Who provides QuoteWorth
Kelly Gilson trading as ALLÁZO — Sole Proprietor.

What QuoteWorth is
ALLÁZO QuoteWorth — Pre-quote job profitability check. QuoteWorth is a decision-support calculator. It estimates the delivery cost, break-even price, target price and expected profit for one job, using only the numbers you enter.
QuoteWorth is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and it is not quoting, invoicing or accounting software. It does not decide your VAT registration position. You remain responsible for your own pricing and business decisions.
What one purchase covers
One purchase of R399.00 ZAR once-off buys ongoing access to QuoteWorth Version 1 for unlimited future job checks. Finishing a job check clears that job’s numbers only and does not use up or end your access. Access does not expire with time and may be withdrawn only where it is revoked, refunded or otherwise administratively invalidated. This purchase covers QuoteWorth Version 1 and does not include other ALLÁZO products or future major paid versions.
R399 once-off buys ongoing access to QuoteWorth Version 1 for unlimited future job checks. No subscription and no recurring charge. Access does not expire with time. QuoteWorth is not a subscription and does not renew.
No guaranteed business result
QuoteWorth gives an estimate based on the information you enter. It does not guarantee that a job will be profitable, that a quote will be accepted, or any other commercial outcome. Inaccurate inputs produce inaccurate outputs.
Price and VAT
R399.00 ZAR once-off. ALLÁZO is not VAT registered and no VAT is charged. Your payment record is a payment receipt/sales record, not a VAT tax invoice.
Immediate access and cooling-off
QuoteWorth is a digital service delivered immediately. At checkout you separately request immediate access and consent to the service starting straight after successful payment, before any otherwise-applicable seven-day ECTA cooling-off period expires.
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights under South African consumer and electronic-communications law.
Acceptable use
Access is for your own business use. Do not resell, share or automate access, and do not attempt to bypass the access token or entitlement controls.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the numbers you enter, for checking the outputs before you rely on them, and for obtaining professional accounting, tax or legal advice where your situation requires it.
How the result may be used
QuoteWorth produces an estimate for decision support only. It does not guarantee that a job will be profitable, that a customer will accept your quote, or any other commercial outcome. The final pricing decision is always yours.
Limitation of liability
Please read this section carefully.
The limits below apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, or any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where the law permits, ALLÁZO’s total direct liability arising from ordinary negligence in connection with an affected QuoteWorth purchase is capped at the amount you actually paid for that purchase (R399.00 ZAR).
Where the law permits, ALLÁZO is not liable for indirect or consequential business losses — including lost profit, lost work or lost opportunity — arising from your reliance on estimates produced from numbers you entered.
Your statutory rights and governing law
Your statutory consumer rights prevail over these terms. South African law applies, subject to the mandatory consumer protections available to you.
